At Nuviashop, we are dedicated to our mission of sustainability and delivering high-quality products you'll love. While we don't typically accept returns or exchanges for sanitary reasons, we want to ensure you have a great experience.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at Support@nuviashop.in within 24 hours of delivery. Please share clear photographs of the product to show the damage or defect. We'll do our best to make it right.

To be eligible for a return due to damage or defect, the product must be unused and properly stored, away from humid conditions or liquids.

If your return is approved, we will credit the applicable amount to your account for a future purchase. 

Please Note: Product Return Policy is NOT valid on items if opened/tampered.

Cancellation:

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, or once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please email us at Support@nuviashop.in.

We will review your request and if it meets our criteria, we will process the cancellation. All cancellation decisions are at the sole discretion of our company.

If your cancellation is approved, the applicable amount will be credited to your account for a future purchase.
